What do the contribution dates look like in this season?

Young seniors discount (18 to 21)

There is a discount of €100 for seniors between the ages of 18 and 21. This discount is calculated automatically. Only members who pay the full membership fee as a playing member, are between 18 and 21 years old and are members all year round are entitled to the young senior discount.

Student discount

HBO and WO Students can receive a €100 refund upon presentation of a copy of their student card. Only members who pay the full membership fee as a playing member (does not apply in addition to the young senior discount) and are members all year round are entitled to the student discount.

Children aged 4 years can be registered for Funkey Hockey.

Indoor hockey

Indoor hockey is not mandatory and is offered extra. The contribution for indoor hockey is determined annually and is therefore charged separately from the regular contributions. The rates will be invoiced in 2 installments in December / January. If an indoor team hires additional room rental from the indoor hockey committee at its own request, this will be invoiced separately. The 1-2 combination teams that the indoor hockey committee training with the first indoor team are invoiced separately at €30 per person. For indoor hockey, you need indoor shoes and an indoor hockey stick because of the surface. You can purchase all materials at The Hockeycentre.

Registration fee

When registering, everyone (with the exception of the ParaHockeyers) pays a registration fee, even if someone has been a member before and becomes a member again. Registration fees must also be paid by people who cancel at the end of the season because they do not yet know which team they will be in next year and when that is clear they still become a member. The registration fee is €75 for youth (under 18 years old) and €25 for seniors.

Volunteer deposit

As a member of the Almeerse Hockey Club, you pay a €85 volunteer deposit at the start of the season. This amount will be collected at the same time as the first installment of the contribution. This deposit can be recouped by performing three so-called 'volunteer services' of four hours each. Other options include refereeing some matches, providing training, participating in one of the committees or contributing during one of the many hockey parties. The volunteer deposit cannot be recouped by performing multiple match table shifts during the indoor period, because the volunteer deposit is linked to regular membership on the field. The team coree and team bar services on Saturday and Sunday also do not count towards the volunteer deposit. For questions about the bar deposit, please contact [email protected].

Authorization and installment payment

If you have authorized us, the contribution will be debited from the (bank) account known to the member (in consecutive months starting at the end of July). It is also possible to pay the contribution in installments, the standard is in 3 installments, the administration costs per installment amount to 1.50 euros.

We use the data as stated in LISA. You can issue an authorization by completing the authorization form (see documents in Login) and emailing it to [email protected].

Other costs related to membership will also be collected.

Payment by invoice is also possible. This takes place if we have not received a direct debit authorization from you. In that case, the contribution must be paid in one installment no later than 30 days after the invoice date (therefore no later than July 30) into account number NL75ABNA0576472247 in the name of the Almeerse Hockey Club. Do not forget to mention the invoice number and membership number when paying.

The payment term and reminder costs

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If you have given us a direct debit authorization, the collection date is stated on the invoice.

In the event of late payment, the association will charge the following reminder costs:

• 30 days after invoice date €10
• 60 days after invoice date €15
• 90 days after invoice date €25

These reminder costs will also be charged if the direct debit could not take place, for example due to insufficient funds at the time of collection.

Seriously or long-term injured: contribution scheme

In the event of serious, long-term injuries, an arrangement can be made in consultation with the treasurer about partial reimbursement of the contribution. In all other cases no refund is possible.

Social involvement Almeerse

De Almeerse wants to contribute to making it possible for youth members to play hockey whose parents are unable to pay the contribution (in full) due to circumstances. The board has drawn up rules for this. These rules can be read in this appendix. An exemption can be requested by completing and sending the application form.

Termination of membership

Members who wish to terminate their membership must do so before May 1 each year.

If you only registered for indoor hockey, your membership will end on March 1, and if you played field hockey, your membership will end on June 30.

You will find the online cancellation form after you have logged in as a member at: Club > Cancellation form.

If you fail to cancel in time, you are in principle obliged to pay the contribution for a full year. In deviation from this rule, the following sanctions policy (leniency scheme) has been approved by the AGM:



• cancellation between May 1 and June 1: €25
• cancellation between June 1 and July 1: €50
• cancellation between July 1 and August 1: €75
• cancellation between August 1 and September 1: €100
